I am enthusiastic and hard-working and excel in both individual and team sports. This shows that I can motivate myself to train, set my own goals, but I can also work with others to improve outcomes and lead others to succeed, understanding the importance of adapting to the abilities of others to achieve the best outcomes.

Over the last few years I have worked hard to maintain a high level of sport whilst also maintaining my music interest in playing the cello and achieving high academic grades. I have achieved this by being organised, hard-working and able to prioritise appropriately and effectively.

My main aim is to optimise my performance and be the best person I can be. I understand this requires hard work and commitment, and also a good understanding of my sports and training. In achieving this, I would also hope to succeed competitively for myself and also those I work with as part of my journey.
